There are several ways to stay healthy. Firstly, you have to eat enough food for youserlf. So many people are very thin, but they still think that they are too fat, therefore they don't eat enough food for themselves, and some of them even don't eat anything or drink water in a day. Secondly, you must get enough sleep. In today's society, people always have many stresses and pressures. Above all, when you are a manager in a company, without a doubt, you will many social appointments after working time, which is the reason why you don't have enough time to sleep. Thirdly, and most importantly, you have to find time to exercise regularly. Many people would say,"Come on! I don't have any free time to do this."But, if that's true, why do they have time watching TV or playing computer games?
