In the present time, I am studying in Department of Applied Foreign Language in Tainan Commercial Vocational Senior High School. In the first year, I joined a Japanese club because I believe learn more languages can benefit an English-learner like me, therefore I am going to take the Japanese professional test in December,2008.
Moreover, when I was a second grade, I took part in the contest of decorations of bulletin board, we got the third place. I found that one of the essential factors to win this is-teamwork. Last but not the least , I took responsibility class-leader in my first year of senior high. The experience not only made me become a confident person but also let me know how to build up a good relationship with my classmates by communicating.
I determined to keep learning language after graduating. Hopefully, I can do well on the Joint Extrance Examination to colleges and I can have a steady and high income job in the future. So, all I have to do is study even harder.

About 17 years ago, a cute baby was born in Sinying, Tainan county. That's me. I'm Chou Chia-yu. There are 3 people in my family. My mother is considerate, but sometimes she is strict with me. Because I grew up in a single-parent family, she was afraid that I would be a bad guy in the future. Due to her constant efforts in raising me up, I have a personality of responsibility. My older sister is a warmhearted girl. She usually helps the blind cross the road and gives cash to beggars whenever she sees them. As for me, I'm a responsible, hard-working and fervid person. I deeply believe that I can't achieve my goals without determination, so my motto is:”Where there is a way, there is a will.”
I like singing and learning something new in my free time. Singing songs can release my pressure, so I used to be a member in the singing club at school. Besides, I like to learn new things,such as designing homepage,for it can help me absorb the latest information in this society. On the other hand, I also do some outdoor activities like badminton, basketball and volleyball. Although I am not real good at them, I will try my best to practice because they are the best channel for me to relax myself well.
